First of all you have to know jean bart is battleship so it has access to repair consumables, also comes with abilitie like spotting aircraft. When it comes to modules it has slightly better rate of fire which equals 2.3 it is usually 2 like in Musashi and Missouri turn time is actually one of the best as it takes only 36 seconds to turn 180 degrees. Damage is still acceptable although it is lower than most of this tier. The most weak point about this ship is HP it is only lower about 20,000 HP than most other ships in its tier with that said it has really strong armor. Its speed it avarege some of the ships are faster and some are slower. Conclusion is it isn't all new ship with critical differences, if you already have another ship from this tier I don't think you should work to get this although it is really nice to have but won't make a huge differnce.
